WellMama
Maternal Mental Health and Support Services
For Phone & Email Support related to concerns other than pregnancy and postpartum,
please email or call Csilla (541) 231-4343. She will direct you to the other resources.
Would you like to receive suppport and suggestions, but cannot make it to our Pregnancy/Postpartum Support Groups?
Would it be nice to connect with another mom, but you are not a "group person"?
Our trained volunteer mothers, many of whom have recovered from emotional illnesses during or after pregnancy, provide information, referrals, and compassionate, non-judgmental listening to mothers and family members over the phone or through email. You can share about your feelings or concerns with your "Support Mama", and have some of your questions answered. You can use this free service without leaving your home, and at times that are convenient to you.
Email now to Amy-Rose or leave a message on our warm line (800) 896-0410. Let us know if you would like to talk to someone on the phone or through email.
Our Phone & Email Support is also available for fathers experiencing stress, depression, anxiety or other emotional or mental health concerns, and for partners, family members or other support persons of a mother who may be experiencing any of these difficulties. We can direct you to other resources in your community, as well.
