Call-In Procedure

While no pre-registration is necessary to come to our groups, everyone who wants to attend is responsible for calling on the day of the group to make sure the meeting is not cancelled for the day. (Since these are drop-in groups, the only way for us to let the public know about an occassional cancelation is to put that in our outgoing message.) Please follow this simple call-in procedure for any of our groups to make sure the group is not cancelled on a particular day:

  • Call (541) 231-4343 AFTER 8 a.m. on the day of a daytime group meeting you would like to attend or AFTER 2 p.m. on the day of an evening group meeting you would like to attend.
  • Listen to the outgoing message. If it is a generic message, you can simply hang up and come to group that day. You do not need to leave a message. We will be meeting at the regular time.
  • If the group is cancelled for any reason that day, there will be information indicating this in the outgoing message AFTER 8 A.M. on the day of the daytime group and AFTER 2 P.M. on the day of the evening group

Remember, you can always bring your baby to our groups.
